Delivery occurs through our secure platform, with no need for physical mail or tracking numbers.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: 99% of QR codes are delivered within 5 minutes of purchase.

Maximum Timeline: In rare cases (e.g., high traffic or payment verification delays), delivery may take up to 1 hour. If you do not receive your QR code within 1 hour, contact our support team at support@travelsim.live for immediate assistance.

Activation is available 24/7, with no downtime for global travelers.

3. Costs

Delivery is free as part of your eSIM plan purchase. There are no additional fees for digital delivery.

4. Requirements for Successful Delivery

Ensure you provide a valid, active email address during checkout.

5. What If There's a Delay or Issue?

Refunds and Guarantees: If your QR code is not delivered within 1 hour or fails to activate due to our error, we offer a 100% refund or immediate reissuance.

6. Restricted Territories

Due to international sanctions and U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, TravelSim.live does not provide eSIM services to certain restricted territories. These include comprehensively sanctioned countries and regions where our digital delivery or activation could violate applicable laws, such as: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria (note: sanctions were revoked effective July 1, 2025), Russia, Belarus, and specific regions of Ukraine (including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk). We also restrict services in other areas subject to broad embargoes, such as parts of the Balkans, Burma (Myanmar), Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Liberia, and Zimbabwe. This list is subject to change based on evolving global regulations—please check the latest OFAC guidelines at treasury.gov/ofac before purchase. If your travel involves these areas, we recommend alternative local connectivity options and consulting legal experts for compliance. TravelSim.live reserves the right to cancel or refund orders originating from or destined to these territories without notice.
